Ville de Montreal: Works on Greene Avenue Starting September 15
Starting the week of September 15, work involving water mains and sewer lines will take place on Greene Avenue, between Sainte-Catherine Street and Sainte-Antoine Street, as part of the Ville de Montreal’s ongoing projects.
Night work is planned:
- Night of September 15 to 16, between Sainte-Catherine Street and Dorchester Boulevard
- Night of September 20 to 21, between Saint-Antoine Street and Prospect Street
In addition to these night interventions, street closures will be implemented:
- Greene Avenue closed between Sainte-Catherine Street and Dorchester Boulevard from September 15 to early November
- Closed between Saint-Antoine and Prospect Streets from late September to early November
- Local traffic only between Dorchester Boulevard and Prospect Street
- Dorchester Boulevard closed westbound between Sainte-Catherine Street and Atwater Avenue
Flaggers will be present as needed to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow. Some parking spaces will be temporarily used for equipment storage and to maintain a secure perimeter. Please respect all signage, detours, and local access restrictions.
