Use Hydro Westmount's online forms and tools to open or modify your residential or business account.

Open an Account

The online forms for opening an account apply to individuals, businesses and organisations that are new to Westmount, as well as to address changes within Westmount.

Open a Hydro Westmount account with the appropriate form for your situation:

Please note that opening a new account does not close your other, preexisting accounts, and it does not cancel your preexisting contracts. Be sure to close your other accounts as needed.

Modify an Account

The online form for modifying an account applies to individuals, businesses and organisations that wish to modify information in their existing client profile. For a change of address, use the forms for opening an account.

Close an Account

All account types can be closed using the online form.

Be advised that the account holder remains responsible for charges at the address in their client profile until Hydro Westmount has received and processed the request to close the account. Therefore, it is important to inform Hydro Westmount at least seven (7) days in advance of the desired date to close the account.

Take advantage of Hydro Westmount's secure client portal. From the Customer Space, clients can view and modify information:

Pre-authorized and Equalized Payments

Hydro Westmount offers customers the convenience of paying with a pre-authorized payments plan. Using this payment method, the exact amount of your invoice is automatically debited from your bank account on the due date.

Customers may also opt for an equalized payments plan. This practical payment method allows you to spread your yearly electricity consumption over twelve monthly bills, helping you to plan your budget.
