Facility Card and Guest Passes
The Facility Access Card, exclusive to Westmount residents, grants access to sports facilities at the Westmount Recreation Centre and to racket sport courts. Single-use guest passes allow public access.
An access card is required to use these facilities:
- WRC pool
- WRC skating rinks
- Tennis courts in parks
- Pickleball courts in parks
An access card is not required for:
- Winter outdoor skating
- The running track at the Westmount Athletic Grounds
- Registration to sports and recreation activities (unless otherwise indicated)
Obtain a Facility Access Card
The Facility Access Card is exclusive to Westmount residents and is renewable on January 1st of each year. Obtain your card:

Head to the Sports and Recreation Office situated at the Westmount Recreation Centre during office hours. - Online

In all cases, ensure to have your proofs of residence and proof of age documents handy for each family member included in your request.
Proof of residence and proof of age
Adults
Any person aged 18 and over is required to provide two recent proofs of residency, dated within the last 3 months, along with one piece of photo identification.

- Hydro Westmount Welcome Letter
- Official federal, provincial or municipal documents

- Statement from financial institutions

Children
Anyone between the ages of 4 and 17 is required to provide one proof of residency along with one proof of age.

Fees
Annual Resident Membership Fee
All prices include applicable taxes. The annual membership is valid from January 1 to December 31.
- Individual membership: $64
- Senior membership (65+): $50
- Family membership: $128
- Maximum 5 cards per family
- $10 charge per additional card
Guest Pass Fee
All prices include applicable taxes. Guest passes are for a single use only, do not have an expiry date and are non-refundable.

- Arena (general hockey): $10
- Arena (general skating): $5
- Hard surface tennis court: $8
- Pool: $8
For Guests of Facility Membership Card Holders
The following options must be purchased by a Facility Membership Card holderwho must also be present when the guest pass is being used. These passes may only be purchased in person at the Westmount Recreation Centre or by contacting the Sports and Recreation office at recreation@westmount.orgor 514 989-5353.
- Arena and pool: 12 guest passes for $60
- Clay tennis court: $10
Obtain a Guest Pass
Occasional access is granted to residents and non-residents with guess passes. All passes must be purchased in advance, notably before making a reservation for the skating rink. See prices in the info block above.
- In person
Head to the Sports and Recreation Office situated at the Westmount Recreation Centre during office hours. Exclusively for general swimming at the pool, passes may be purchased at the pool entrance (debit or credit only); no prior purchase of a guest pass is necessary. - Online
Submit the online form. Please be advised that purchases made outside office hours will be processed the following business day. Orders for pickup will be available at the Westmount Recreation Centre during office hours. For delivery by Canada Post, please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Important Information
- Purchase receipts do not replace guest passes and will not be accepted.
- Guest passes are for a single use only, do not have an expiry date and are non-refundable.
- Arena and pool passes must be presented at reception.
- Tennis/ pickleball passes must be placed on the court reservation board.
