The Hydro Westmount Customer Space portal allows you to access your account details, view your bills and payment history, track your electricity consumption, and obtain your account balance.
Access Hydro Westmount's Customer Space
1 – If you already have a Hydro Westmount account, click on the “Sign up now” button to create your Customer Space. If you are a new resident of Westmount and have not opened an account, click on “Click here to make an online application”.
2 – Complete the registration form. You will need your Customer No. and Account No., as well as the postal code associated with your account.
3 – When you have read and accepted the Terms of Use, you will receive a message to verify your email address.
4 – Once you have followed the instructions to confirm your email address, your registration is complete. You may log in to your Customer Space at any time.
5 – Your Customer Space portal has a menu on the left to easily navigate between different options. If you have more than one account with Hydro Westmount, you can switch between them by clicking on “Change account”.
