Westmount's community responds generously!
Following a recent article highlighting Public Safety's initiative to distribute care kits to individuals experiencing homelessness, Westmount residents have responded with remarkable generosity.
Thanks to the many donations received, Officers are able to prepare and distribute more than 40 additional kits during their winter patrols. These kits contain essential items such as warm socks, hygiene products, non-perishable snacks, items to help stay warm, and more.
The Public Safety Department sincerely thanks everyone who has contributed to this initiative! Your generosity makes a real difference for the most vulnerable members of our community.
