Online Platforms
Citizen Portal
The Citizen Portal offers residents the option of receiving personalised notifications based on their address and selected topics. Create your account or update your preferences to opt in to your choice of text message (SMS) or email notifications:
- Collections: Receive a reminder the day before each scheduled collection at your address and be notified of any delays in your area.
- Parking and Snow Removal: Receive a notice before snow-loading operations begin and avoid receiving parking tickets.
- Roadwork and Projects: Receive information about upcoming roadwork and its impact in your area.
- Sports and Recreation: Stay informed about changes to activity schedules (swimming, hockey, etc.).
The Citizen Portal also allows you to apply for permits and grants, submit requests, report issues and more.
