Restoration of the Roslyn Stairs: Update
Please note that the work scheduled for 2025 as part of the Roslyn Public Staircase Project will continue until Saturday, December 20, 2025, due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Phase 2 will begin in the spring of 2026 and will last approximately 15 weeks. This phase will include concrete substructure work on the south section of the staircase, completion of the remaining structure, stone cladding, wall repairs, landscaping, and other permanent installations.
During the construction period, the northbound lane of The Boulevard will be closed to traffic and used as a staging area. Similar measures will be implemented in the cul-de-sac on Upper Roslyn Avenue.
