Rehabilitation Work at the Victoria Hall Main Entrance
The City will undertake rehabilitation work at the main entrance of Victoria Hall beginning during the week of May 25, 2026, with completion expected by the end of July 2026.
The project includes the replacement of the main staircase foundations, which have significantly deteriorated, as well as repairs to various interior and exterior architectural elements. These interventions aim to ensure the safety, durability, and compliance of this important public access.
During the work, the main entrance will be closed and access to the building will be maintained via the secondary entrance. The work will be carried out in phases to ensure that access is maintained at all times.
Due to excavation work, a construction zone will be established around the main entrance, and Arlington Avenue will be closed in front of Victoria Hall for the duration of the project.
