Highway 136 Closure During the Weekend of June 5

This closure is required to allow for the installation of the steel structure for the western section of the Saint-Urbain Street overpass as part of the bridge rehabilitation project.

Closure Details and Detours

Westbound

• Complete closure of Highway 136 between Panet Street and the entrance ramp from Lucien-L’Allier Street, from Friday at 11 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m.;
• Traffic will be detoured via Viger Avenue and Saint-Antoine Street West.

Eastbound

• Complete closure of Highway 136 between Exit 4 (Victoria Bridge, Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, de la Montagne Street) and the entrance ramp from Atateken Street, from Friday at 11:30 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m.;
• Traffic will be detoured via Saint-Antoine Street.

Please note that entrance ramps will be closed 30 to 60 minutes before the full closure of Highway 136. Detour routes will be clearly marked with temporary signage, and police officers will be on site to assist with traffic flow.

These closures may be postponed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational constraints.
