Full Closure of Arlington Avenue Beginning July 21
As part of the City of Westmount's Capital Works Programme, the Arlington Avenue reconstruction project is entering its final phase.
Beginning Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Arlington Avenue will be fully closed to vehicular traffic to allow for road milling, concrete base repairs, and paving. Pedestrian access to residences will be maintained at all times.
The closure is expected to last approximately four weeks.
