Phone Scam Alert
Hydro Westmount wishes to inform residents of an ongoing phone scam targeting customers.
Calls originating from the number 1-801-737-76519 falsely claim that an outstanding balance remains on an electricity account and threaten service disconnection. Callers also provide a file number beginning with the letter “W”. This is a fraudulent scam.
Hydro Westmount reminds residents not to provide any personal, banking, or account-related information to these callers.
If you receive such a call, please ignore it and contact Hydro Westmount directly for verification.
