Request for Review of Property Assessment: New rates from Ville de Montréal
Ville de Montréal changed its rates for property assessment review, after the City of Westmount had already printed its tax bills.
As a result, the amounts for property assessment review indicated on the assessment notice attached to the City of Westmount's tax bills differ from Ville de Montréal's current rates. Ville de Montréal is responsible for property assessments for all cities in the Agglomeration (including Westmount). Therefore, Montréal's recently changed rates apply.
