Interactive Maps Will Be Unavailable on June 17–18

The City of Westmount’s interactive maps will be unavailable on June 17 and 18 to allow for a system update. A number of alternative information sources remain available to the public at all times.

An upgrade to the ArcGIS Enterprise platform will take place on June 17 and 18. During this period, the City's interactive maps will be temporarily unavailable. All systems, data and applications linked to ArcGIS will be affected.

Alternative tools are also available for the most frequently viewed map information: 

  • Citizen Portal
    • Subscribe to municipal alerts via your Citizen Portal account and receive SMS or email notifications according to your preferences: collection reminders, major power outages, emergencies, changes to municipal pool schedules, etc.
    • Your personalised collection calendar is also available from your dashboard.
  • Search by address
    • This tool provides an overview of information for a given address, such as collection schedules and electoral district details.
  • Antoine, your virtual assistant
    • Antoine is available 24/7 to provide you with guided support, whenever you need it. It's as simple as opening the chat window on the bottom of any page on the municipal website, and typing your question in plain language.
    • Antoine can answer your questions about road closures and detours, permits, parking, accessibility and much more.
