Restoration of the Roslyn Public Stairs

Roslyn public stairs

The City will undertake the complete restoration of the Roslyn public stairs, located at the intersection of Upper Roslyn Avenue and The Boulevard.

Carried out in two phases over a two-year period, the project includes the full reconstruction of the staircase, the addition of retaining walls, the installation of new light posts, the integration of a bike ramp, and landscaping work.

Phase 1 will take place from August 11 to November 30, 2025.

This phase will require the temporary occupation of the following public areas:

  • The Boulevard (parking lane): This lane will be used as a material transport zone, an equipment storage container, and a site toilet.
  • Belfrage Road: A construction trailer will be placed on this street.
  • Upper Roslyn Avenue (cul-de-sac): This portion of the avenue will also be occupied.
