Grosvenor Ave. Paving Work: Complete closure from August 3 to 7, between The Boulevard and City's northern limits
As part of the City’s Capital Works Programme, the reconstruction of Grosvenor Ave. is entering its final stage. A complete street closure to vehicular traffic will take place from Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7, 2026, between The Boulevard and City's northern limits.
As part of the City’s Capital Works Programme, the reconstruction of Grosvenor Ave. is entering its final stage. A complete street closure to vehicular traffic will take place from Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7, 2026.
The closure will allow for roadway preparation, cleaning, and paving. Weather permitting, paving is scheduled for Thursday, August 6 and Friday, August 7. The street will reopen immediately following completion of the work.
Driveway access will be unavailable to vehicles throughout this phase. All vehicles must be moved out of driveways before 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3. Parking is permitted on surrounding streets using the temporary permits provided. Pedestrian access to residences will be maintained at all time.
