Reconstruction of Avenue Claremont: Publication of the public participation process report
The projet to reconstruct Avenue Claremont is currently in the planning phase. The project aims to rebuild and reconfigure Claremont and portions of connecting streets to meet today’s needs in terms of safety, mobility and accessibility, while respecting the existing urban fabric.
The public participation process for this project included an information session where the public was invited to discover the preferred design model (January 2025), and public consultations to present the project as well as preliminary designs (May and September 2024). The final report for the public participation process is now available on the citizen engagement platform, Engage Westmount.
