Interested in Running for Municipal Office? Info Session on April 30
The Secrétariat à la région métropolitaine of the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation du Québec (MAMH) will hold a public information session, in a webinar format, on April 30, 2025, at 4 p.m., for individuals considering running in the upcoming municipal elections.
The session will provide an overview of the roles and responsibilities of elected officials, the structure of municipal governance, the candidacy process, and the support resources available following the election.
