Planning Programme

The Westmount Planning Programme sets the directions for the planning and the development of the municipality. The Plan, and the implementation tools that flow from it (such as the zoning, site planning and architectural integration programmes and other bylaws), set the framework for the conservation, and in a few cases, the redevelopment, of neighbourhoods, streets, buildings and open spaces.
