Share Your Views on Municipal Communications

To better align City communications with residents’ needs, an in-depth survey on habits and preferences regarding municipal communications will be conducted among residents aged 18 and over, starting on April 30 2026.

The survey will be conducted by Segma Recherche, by telephone and through in-person interviews at various public locations across the City.

This survey aims to assess the effectiveness of the City’s current communication channels, measure satisfaction with municipal communications, and analyse communication habits and preferences.

An online version of the survey will also be available from May 1 to 31.
