At the February 3, 2025, council meeting, Council adopted the following by-laws:
- By-law No. 1627 entitled: By-law 1627 authorizing capital expenditures and a loan of $3,009,00 for the repair of public stairs.
- By-law No. 1628 entitled: By-law authorizing capital expenditures and a loan of $2,647,190 for the refurbishment of municipal buildings.
Qualified voters who are eligible to be registered on the municipality’s referendum list may request that By-law No. 1627 and By-law No. 1628 be submitted to a referendum vote by completing and signing a register opened for this purpose.
The registers will be accessible from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at City Hall (4333 Sherbrooke St. W.).
