Property Assessment Roll 2026-2027-2028
The new triennial property valuation roll for the City of Westmount will be formally submitted and available for online consultation on September 10, 2025. It will come into effect on January 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027-2028 fiscal period.
The property assessment roll establishes the value of all residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties. The City of Montreal is responsible for creating these rolls for all 16 cities in the agglomeration, including Westmount.
Online Consultation
The data from the new roll will be available for consultation online on the City of Montreal website as of 11 a.m. on September 10, 2025.

Administrative Review Process
If you believe your property's assessment is incorrect, you have the right to file an application for an administrative review. This request must be sent to the Service de l’évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal, as the City of Westmount cannot provide assistance with your application.
The deadline for filing your request for a review is the latest of these two dates:
- Before May 1, 2026
- Within 60 days of the mailing of your assessment notice
