Sale of Properties for Non-Payment of Taxes
At its meeting on October 6, 2026, City Council adopted a resolution in accordance with the Cities and Towns Act (sections 511 and 512) ordering the public auction of properties for which property taxes remain unpaid.
Please note: Properties may be withdrawn from the sale if all outstanding taxes, interest, and fees are paid before the auction.
Important Dates
- October 23, 2026: Publication of the first notice in the newspapers.
- November 20, 2026: Publication of the second notice in the newspapers.
- December 8, 2026, at noon: Public auction of properties for non-payment of property taxes.
