2026 Facility Access Card
Westmount’s 2026 Facility Access Card will be available to residents in person and online as of December 1.
The card provides access to the City’s tennis courts, indoor ice rinks, and outdoor pool. The card is renewable annually on January 1.
Obtain your 2026 Facility Access Card:
- In person: during business hours
- Online:application form on the Citizen Portal
Please note that two proofs of residence are required to obtain the card.

Important Reminder:
Please note that the Westmount Recreation Centre, including the rinks, will be closed on December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026, while the administrative office will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 2, 2026. If you plan to use the facilities after December 31, please renew your card by December 23.
