Imagine the future of Westmount’s southeast!
As part of the Imagine Westmount Southeast project, the City will present the Special Planning Programme (SPP) and its concordance by-laws. This public assembly will also be an opportunity to acknowledge all those who have contributed to the project, in particular Westmount residents, business owners, and other stakeholders who took part in the numerous citizen participation activities that informed the SPP. Following the presentation, the public will have the opportunity to express their views on the project.

The draft concordance by-laws were adopted by City Council during a special meeting on May 27, 2025.
