Property Taxes 2026: First instalment

March 9, 2026
The 2026 municipal tax bills have been available online since February 4 and have been mailed. The deadline for the first instalment is Monday, March 9, 2026.
- The deadline for the second instalment is Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
- The deadline for the third instalment is Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
You can also view your property tax account on the VOILÀ! online portal.
Payment Methods:
- Through your financial institution, online, by phone, or in-branch;
- By mail, sending a cheque to: Ville de Westmount (TAXES), P.O. Box 334, Westmount, QC, H3Z 2T5;
- In person at 4333 Sherbrooke Street West by cheque, debit, or cash (cheques can also be dropped in the envelope slot at the entrance);
- By credit card or bank transfer via the ACCEO platform only (ACCEO Solutions service fees apply).
Penalties
An annual interest rate of 9% will be charged on the unpaid balance. In addition, a 0.5% monthly penalty on the outstanding principal will apply, up to a maximum of 5%, in addition to interest charges.
