The spring collection for household hazardous waste and electronics is at a new location this year!

Participate in this special collection on Saturday, April 26, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the parking lot at the Montreal Oral School for the Deaf, located at 4670 Sainte-Catherine Street West.

Household hazardous waste are household, automotive and outdoor maintenance products that present real safety, health and environmental hazards. They are collected twice annually in Westmount, in the spring and in the fall. Electronic waste is collected the same day through the EPRA-Quebec’s Recycle my electronics program.

Household hazardous waste is also accepted at all times at Montreal’s ecocentres, and specific materials are accepted by some retailers (e.g., batteries, propane tanks).
