NEW: Attendees who have registered and donated items will be admitted at 1 pm for priority browsing. All others are welcoming to browse as of 2 pm. Your name/ticket will be requested at the door.
Bring up to 10 pre-loved items of clothing (clean and in good condition) that you’re no longer wearing and swap with friends and neighbours at Victoria Hall to celebrate Earth Day.
Drop off your items at Victoria Hall April 16,17 between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. or until 11 am on April 18. Then come browse what others have brought and choose a few treasures. Left over items will be donated.
Clothing Swap Kiosk – Repair & Sewing Advice
Attending the clothing swap? Catalina Elliott, leather craftswoman, costumier, and fashion designer, will be on-site with sewing machines and hand-stitching tools to: assess the repairability, durability, and quality of your clothing and shoes, and provide practical advice on possible repairs.
Where: Beside the Concert Hall entrance, Victoria Hall
When: Saturday, April 18, 1:30–3:30 p.m.
