The form to submit your question to Council will appear at the bottom of this page during the period indicated below.
Westmount residents, business owners, and property owners may ask one (1) question and one (1) follow-up question each. Non-residents may also submit one (1) question and one (1) follow-up question each, to be addressed at the discretion of the Council member chairing the meeting. Those who submit a question must provide their name and address, and the City Clerk will state the former prior to reading each question. The City reserves the right to not address questions for which the aforementioned information is not provided.
In order for a question to be addressed at a Council meeting, it must be received between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting. In the event that the same question is asked by multiple people, the City reserves the right to provide one response to the said question. Questions will be addressed in the order they are received. The City reserves the right to not address abusive or irrelevant questions.
