The summer terraces initiative returns this year in Quartier Greene.
Since 2020, summer terraces have enlivened local arteries by reimagining public spaces during the sunny season.
The terraces are currently installed on Greene Avenue, between Sherbrooke and Sainte-Catherine Streets. The terrace on De Maisonneuve Boulevard, west of Atwater Avenue, will be installed in June following the project by Ville de Montréal to resurface the bike path. No public terraces will be installed in Victoria Village this year due to the resurfacing project on Sherbrooke Street West.
Westmount's horticulture team will enhance the terraces with flowers and greenery throughout the summer. Enjoy these urban parklets!
