Westmount unveils its new citizen portal – February 26, 2024

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Westmount’s new resident portal, marking the first phase of our revamped online experience. This portal serves as the gateway to all of the City’s online services in one convenient location, offering a modern and accessible platform that’s quick and easy to use. Sign up now >>

Visit one of our support kiosks to learn more about the portal and for assistance with opening your client account:

• Wednesday and Thursday, February 28-29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• At City Hall, the Library and the Westmount Recreation Centre

The main advantages of the portal are its ability to centralize incident and request queries (saving time) and simplify access to requests from any device, including mobile phones. Whether you’re reporting a pothole, obtaining your dog license, applying for a permit, or seeking information, everything is at your fingertips.

These changes will seamlessly integrate with the website’s complete redesign expected for spring/summer 2024. We are committed to continually improving our services and providing a simplified and personalized online experience for every Westmount resident.
