On Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 10:33 p.m., the returning officer announced the following results:
- Mayor Christina M. Smith – Elected by acclamation
- District 1 – Antonio D’Amico – Holds a 141-vote majority
- District 2 – Elisabeth Roux – Holds a 278-vote majority
- District 3 – Jeff J. Shamie – Elected by acclamation
- District 4 – Conrad Peart – Elected by acclamation
- District 5 – Anitra Bostock – Holds a 68-vote majority
- District 6 – Mary Gallery – Elected by acclamation
- District 7 – Matt Aronson – Holds a 276-vote majority
- District 8 – Kathleen Kez – Holds a 161-vote majority
