Water leak on Victoria Avenue

UPDATE, 3:20 p.m.

The water leak has been repaired without requiring a complete water closure. The northbound lane on Victoria will reopen by the end of the day.

Due to a water service leak on Victoria Avenue, the northbound lane has been closed to vehicular traffic between Somerville Ave. and Sherbrooke St.

The Public Works team is on site to carry out the repair and to ensure pedestrian safety.

In addition, water pressure in the immediate area has been lowered temporarily during the work. An update will be posted.
