The Commission sur les finances et l’administration (committee) would like to consult Montrealers on the city’s budget directions for 2024.
The 2024 pre-budget consultation is a mechanism of participatory democracy which provides
you with an opportunity to share your ideas and opinions to inform the development of the
next budget. This year, Montrealers are invited to give their input on new ecofiscal and fiscal
measures, as well as on a review of activities and programs offered by the city and the
Montréal urban agglomeration.
The consultation document will be presented during a public information session on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 155, rue Notre-Dame Est, Montréal (édifice Lucien-Saulnier). The public session will be livestreamed and archived at ville.montreal.qc.ca/consultation-prebudgetaire-2024. The presentation will be followed by a question and comment period. To take part, register via the online form (in French) or onsite, as of 5:30 p.m.
