Study for the installation of a noise barrier between Greene and Atwater

Following the June 1, 2020 Council meeting, the City of Westmount and the MTQ agreed to share the costs of a feasibility study for the installation of a noise barrier near Prospect Street between Greene and Atwater Avenues. This portion covers the old portion of Autoroute 720 (Route 136) that passes through our territory (not the portion redone as part of the Turcot project). The agreement was ratified on June 1, 2020 by Council and is the first step in this important project.
