Sports and leisure programmes in Westmount Park

The Sports & Recreation Department is offering free classes in Westmount park this summer; don’t miss out on your favourite activities: yoga, tai chi, pilates and more on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.


  • All classes will take place on the terrace facing the comfort station, weather permitting.
  • Participants must bring their own water bottle, towel and yoga mat.
  • 2-metre distancing must be respected at all times.

Some indoor activities will take place at the Westmount Recreation Centre this summer; stay tuned for more details.
