Sidewalk and road repair on Lansdowne and De Maisonneuve – Starting August 5, 2024

Repair work on roadway and sidewalk sections covered with temporary asphalt on Av. Lansdowne and Boul. De Maisonneuve began on August 5, 2024.

Duration of Work:
Work began on August 5 and is expected to last approximately two (2) weeks.

Impact on Traffic:

• Boul. De Maisonneuve will be closed to vehicular traffic near Av. Lansdowne Avenue and Av. Claremont.
• Traffic restrictions will also be in place on Av. Lansdowne between rue Sherbrooke and Boul. De Maisonneuve.
• Detours will be implemented in these areas,please respect the temporary signage.
• Pedestrian access to residences will be maintained at all times.

Waste Collection During:
All waste materials (garbage, food waste, recycling, yard waste, and bulky items) will be collected on their regular schedules during the work. Waste materials must be placed curbside in authorized bags* by 6 a.m. on their collection day to be moved by the contractor. Only food waste can be put in your green bin. Please ensure that your green bin is clearly identified with your address.

*Authorized Bags:
Food waste and green waste: paper bags or certified compostable plastic bags.
Recyclables: clear plastic bag.
Garbage: garbage bag.
