Hydro Westmount is pleased to announce the launch of its new secure client portal. Once you create a profile, you can, among other things:

  • access your residential and commercial accounts
  • consult your consumption history and
  • modify your personal information.

Westmount Hydro is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the application of a rate or with a service provided, you can file a complaint with Hydro Westmount.

Hydro Westmount maintains the power distribution network in Westmount which is used to deliver electricity to all homes and businesses. The utility also installs and maintains all street lights and traffic signals in the municipality. Hydro Westmount is committed to its customer satisfaction.

At this time, you can make bill payments by mail, through automatic withdrawal from your bank account, through telephone banking, through your PC, and at your bank or ATM and at City Hall.

Hydro Westmount also offers an Equalized Payments Plan, which allows you to spread your yearly electricity consumption over twelve monthly payments.
