Facility Card / Account Activation
Please note that 2024 Facility Cards are no longer valid. To obtain a 2025 Facility Card, click on the button below to apply, or go to the Westmount Recreation Centre with your proof of residence and photos.
This handy membership card with photograph will serve to identify users of Westmount sports facilities, allowing quick and easy access to the Westmount Recreation Centre, Victoria Hall, and Westmount’s tennis courts. Facility Membership Cards must be renewed every calendar year. The Facility Membership Cards is exclusive to Westmount residents. Guest passes are available.
Please note that the Facility Membership Card is not required to register for sports and recreation activities unless otherwise indicated.
How to obtain a Facility Membership Card :
- Online: click on the button below then complete and submit the form. Please ensure to include the required documents (recent photos, proof of residence and/or proof of age for children).
- In person: at the Sports and Recreation Department office (4675, rue Sainte-Catherine) with the required documents (see below), including proof of residency for all family members.
Proofs of Residence
ADULTS
Any person aged 18 and over is required to provide two (2) recent (within 3 months) proofs of residency along with one (1) piece of photo identification.

- Westmount Tax Bill
- Westmount Electricity Bill
- Hydro Westmount Welcome Letter
- Cable or Telephone Bill (Note: Cell phone bills not accepted)
- Gaz Metro Bill
- Statement from Financial Institutions
- Official School Documents
- Official Federal/Provincial/Municipal documents
Accepted Photo Identification:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Medicare Card
- Student ID
CHILDREN
Anyone between the ages of 4 and 17 is required to provide one (1) proof of residency along with one (1) proof of age.

Annual Membership Fee for Residents
Individual membership: $64
Seniors membership (65+): $50
Family Membership: $128
Maximum 5 cards per family.
There is a $10 charge for each additional card.
Non-Residents
Single-use Guest Passes – All Guest Passes must be purchased in advance online or at the Sports and Recreation office.
Arena (general hockey): $10
Arena (general skating): $5
Pool: $8
Hard surface tennis court: $8
Clay tennis court : $10 (Must be purchased by a member)
