Public Participatory Workshops: Reconstruction of Forden Avenue – March 27 or April 2

The City of Westmount is planning major infrastructure work on Forden Avenue and Forden Crescent between Montrose and Westmount Avenues over the next two years.

This project provides a unique opportunity to comprehensively examine the area in order to:

  • improve the capacity of underground infrastructure,
  • more effectively manage stormwater runoff,
  • and create green spaces.

It aims to rebuild and redesign the street configuration to meet current needs for safety, mobility, and accessibility, while respecting the existing urban fabric.

Residents are invited to share their ideas on the project at one of the participatory workshops (either Wednesday, March 27 or Tuesday, April 2) being held at Victoria Hall, 4626 Sherbrooke St. W.

Residents of Forden Avenue and the surrounding area are invited to share their ideas about the project at one of the participatory activities to be held at Victoria Hall on Wednesday, March 27 or Tuesday, April 2. You must confirm your attendance. For more information, visit engage.westmount.org/fordenproject.
