Public consultation – Montreal: The issue of vacant premises on commercial thoroughfares

The standing committee on economic and urban development and housing is inviting Montrealers to participate in a public consultation aiming to address the issue of vacant premises on the city’s commercial thoroughfares. The work of the standing committee is supported by the Service du développement économique de Montréal.

The consultation is an opportunity for citizens to gather information, express their opinion and to contribute by proposing solutions to revitalize this key sector of Montréal’s economy. The standing committee is rolling out a creative and interactive participation process involving several activities aiming to reach a wide array of stakeholders. The aim is to research and implement effective solutions.
