Park(ing) Day in 2019 Westmount

Park(ing) Day is an annual international event that aims to spark and encourage a reflexion on the utilization of public spaces. During the event, community groups and citizens transform parking spaces into fun mini-parks.

This year, the event will happen on Friday, September 20.

In Westmount, Park(ing) Day will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the south side of Sherbrooke Street immediately east of Prince Albert Square (close to the Dairy Queen).

The local community groups participating this year are:

• The Association of Pedestrians and Cyclists of Westmount;
• Scouts Westmount;
• Westmount Healthy City Project.
