Lecture on physical activity, mental health and well-being with Danièle Sauvageau
The City of Westmount is happy to invite you to an online lecture with Danièle Sauvageau on the importance of being active. From students to seniors, everyone can learn how to incorporate activity into everyday life — to maintain mental health and well-being. The event will be on Tuesday, March 16 at 7 p.m. on Zoom.

About Danièle Sauvageau
A well-known media figure, Danièle Sauvageau has given hundreds of lectures across Canada and the United States. After receiving her degree in social work, she later graduated from the RCMP Academy. In 2002, Danièle led the Canadian women’s hockey team to their first medal in history, and became the first female analyst to join the TV show Soirée du hockey on Radio-Canada.
