Hydro Westmount: Suspension of service charges ends on September 30

On March 22, 2020, Hydro Westmount suspended service charges on customers’ outstanding balances to avoid penalizing residents who may have experienced financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please note that this exceptional measure ends on September 30, 2020.

Hydro Westmount customers who are experiencing or expecting to have difficulties in paying their electricity bills can contact Hydro Westmount at 514 989-5227 to make a payment arrangement.
