Floral Clock

Sherbrooke at Lansdowne

In 1927, a new attraction was added to Westmount Park, the Floral Clock. The only one in Canada at that time, it was a great attraction to visitors. The idea for a floral clock came from one in Edinburgh. Now a landmark, the clock’s design varies year to year using 8,000 bedding plants grown in our greenhouses in the winter months.
