COVID-19: Administrative Buildings closed to the Public
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the administrative buildings of the City of Westmount, namely City Hall, the offices of Public Works and Public Safety Departments, and Hydro Westmount’s customer service has been closed to the public since Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. for an indefinite period. The services of the Commissioner for Oaths are suspended until further notice.

Tenders are accepted by the City Clerk’s Office at 4333 Sherbrooke St. W.
Procedures to follow:
- On the day of the tender opening:
Bring documents between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Ring at the entrance; if no one answers, phone 514 989-5582 or 514 989-5318. City personnel will stamp the submission to confirm the date and time of reception; please take a photo as proof of delivery, as photocopies will not be provided. - On a day other than that of the tender opening:
Phone the Public Safety Department at 514 989-5222; an officer will go to accept the documents and mark them with the date and time of reception; please take a photo as proof of delivery, as photocopies will not be provided.
Do not leave the documents in the yellow bin as it is not possible to guarantee reception by the city.
Delivery
Packages:
Place them in the yellow bin on the right.
Cheque, letters, etc.:
Insert them in the mail slot on the door.
