Change of company for recycling collection as of April 3, 2019

As of April 3rd 2019, a new contractor will be in charge of collecting recyclable materials on the City’s territory. The recycling collection, which will now be carried out by Services Ricova Inc. will remain on Wednesdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. However, please note that changes to the route and regular collection schedule are to be considered. As mentioned in by-law 1425, recycling bins can be placed for collection starting at 8 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Please note that the City’s permanent depots, located at the municipal yard on Bethune Street, have been closed since March 18th 2019 due to the work of the MTQ on the Turcot Interchange. During this closure, recyclable materials can be brought to one of Ville de Montréal’s Écocentres. If you miss your collection, you can also bring your recyclable materials to one of the eécocentres (ville.montreal.qc.ca/ecocentres).
