Ask your questions verbally on Zoom during the Council meeting

As of Monday, August 2 2021, people watching Council meetings live on Zoom will be able to ask questions orally during the question period.

How to proceed:

• During the question period, drag your mouse or finger across the bottom of your screen to view the participant control panel then click on the Raise Hand icon. (If you change your mind, you can put your hand down by clicking again on the Raise Hand icon).

• Wait for the City Clerk to give you the floor, and address your question. ATTENTION: please ensure that the microphone on the device you are watching the Council (computer, tablet or smartphone) is unmuted and working.

Please note that you can also submit your question in advance the day of the Council meeting between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. by using the appropriate form.
