Senior Budget and Customer Service Technician
Purpose of position
The Senior Budget and Customer Service Technician coordinates and monitors customer service activities, such as billing, customer requests, overdue account collection, financial reports and follow-ups on customer complaints. The position also involves overseeing ongoing operations and the different stages of handling any issues that may arise. The Senior Budget and Customer Service Technician is also a resource person for employees and internal and external stakeholders on issues related to his or her area of activity.
Using established standards and processes, the Technician must also carry out budget-related tasks, performing analysis, audits, research and tracking to produce administrative reports and documents.
Qualifications
- A college diploma in accounting and management or in administration.
Experience
- Two years of experience in billing systems, customer service and complaints.
